<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an uneven illumination of a display material without changing the arrangement of a light source, in a measuring instrument for vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: Light R1 incident on a photoreception part 22a formed into a recessed face widened gradually toward the light source L1 reaches a plane part 21 layered with an LCD (liquid crystal display) 3 while reflected laterally in an inner face of a curved part 22. The light R1 incident on the photoreception part 22a reaches the plane part 21 by this manner, while reflected laterally, so as to reduce a difference between light intensities in a portion near to the light source L1 and the other portion in the plane 21, without making the light source L1 distant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
