SESQUITERPENE ALCOHOL SUPPORT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sesquiterpene alcohol support capable of volatilizing a sesquiterpene alcohol in an amount enough to develop the effect even at normal temperature without requiring treatment for heating, or the like and an apparatus therefor, and capable of effectively suppressing uncomfortable feeling by powder dropping and stickiness of the sesquiterpene alcohol supported.

SOLUTION: The sesquiterpene alcohol support is obtained by supporting the sesquiterpene alcohol having ≥250°C boiling point on a support material composed of a fiber having 0.9-3.0 m2/g specific surface area of fiber. The basis weight of the support material is preferably 20-200 g/m2and air permeability measured according to JIS L-1096 using Frazier permeometer is preferably 2-40 cm3/cm2×sec. The sesquiterpene alcohol is preferably cedrol.
