<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part feeder capable of facilitating a clog releasing operation and improving productivity without damaging chip parts when the part feeder is clogged with chip parts. <P>SOLUTION: Chip parts 3 might clog an inlet or its neighborhood of a guide passage 49 in swinging an agitating plate 46. In this case, a presser plate 28 is swung in an anti-clockwise direction by the chip parts 3 against its elastic force with a pin 26 as a support point into a condition that the guide passage 49 remains opened. Accordingly, an operator presses a pressure operating part 36B projected outwardly from a side of a passage forming plate 37 inwardly from the outside, a passage forming plate 38 is swung in an anti-clockwise direction against an energizing force of the pressure plate 28 with the pin 26 as a supporting point, and then a pressure operating part 38D is brought into contact with a restraining part 39B of the passage forming plate 39 so as to restrain its swing. An inlet of the guide passage 49 is sufficiently enlarged, and the obstructing chip parts 3 drop in the guide passage 49, so as to solve clogging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
