PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durability improving material for cement using a waste tire pulverized rubber particle to improve the durability of concrete, a cement composition, and a cement hardened body using the same. SOLUTION: The durability improving material for cement is composed of the waste tire pulverized rubber particle having 0.01-0.25 mm average particle diameter. The cement composition is prepared so as to contain 100 pts. cement and 2-30 pts. durability improving material for cement. The cement composition is prepared so as to contain 100 pts. cement, 2-30 pts. durability improving material for cement, and≤1 pt. anti-foaming agent.
