<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a serial number, a date of maufacture or the like on each and every base plate by a spray head, and thereby enable to diffrentiate each electron source base plate or each plurality of sheets of base plates after being manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of electrodes 2, 3 are arranged on the base plate 14, droplets 4 of solution containing a material to be a conductive thin film are given in spray between the electrodes, and the base plate forming a plurality of lots of patterns electrically connecting between the electrodes by the conductive film is manufactured. By giving in spray the droplets of the solution containing the material to be the conductive thin film on the outside (regions Ya, Yb, Xa, Xb) of regions (regions X and Y) where a plurality of combinations of electrodes and patterns are formed, patterns (for instance, a pattern 123 for differentiation of the base plates) capable of differentiating each base plate or each group of the plurality of base plates are formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
