CYLINDRICAL SHAFT BUSHING MEMBER AND ITS PRODUCING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical shaft bushing member and its producing method with which a holding property of lubricating oil supplied into a blind groove and an oil staying efficiency can be improved and the blind groove closed at the end part in the longitudinal direction can easily be formed by eliminating the juncture in the cylinder part of the cylindrical shaft bushing member. SOLUTION: This cylindrical shaft bushing member 1 is constituted so that the plurality of blind grooves 4 closed at the end parts in the longitudinal direction are formed as parallel to the axial direction of the cylinder part on the inner peripheral surface 3 of the cylinder part 2 having no juncture. The blind grooves 4 are formed with a groove-punch 13 pushed into the inner part of the cylinder part 12a from the opening end side of a tapered part before machining into the perfect roundness-like cylinder part 2 closing the tapered part 12b opened at the one end of the cylinder part 12a. In this way, the blind grooves 4 closed at the end parts in the longitudinal direction can be formed on the inner peripheral surface 3 of the cylinder part 2 having no juncture.
