PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method in which an optical waveguide, that is capable of accommodating electric wiring, is efficiently, simply and inexpensively formed without waste by a cured polymer and to provide an optical/electric combined wiring substrate in which the optical waveguide manufactured by the above method, electric wiring and electric contact points are coexisted. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is provided for a flat surface type optical waveguide 10 in which optical wiring is formed on a substrate 11 by a bottom clad 1a and a top clad 1b that are made of the cured polymer and a core 2. The material of the clad 1a and 1b is coated by stencil printing and then cured. The material of the core 2 is coated by a dispenser and then, cured.
