PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EL emission display system and an EL emission sheet mainly having high A.C. electric field formation probability. SOLUTION: This EL emission sheet has: a luminescent layer having an EL illuminant; and an electrode part having, on one surface side of the luminescent layer, an electrode set of a first electrode and a second electrode disposed in a predetermined arrangement mutually separated by a boundary region. The EL emission sheet is characterized in that the width of the first electrode and the second electrode in the luminescent region is 0.2-0.5 mm; and the width of the boundary region in the luminescent region is 0.2-0.3 mm. The EL emission display system is provided with a voltage application part for applying a predetermined voltage to the first electrode and the second electrode of the electrode set; and emits light when a voltage is applied to the other surface side of the luminescent layer by the voltage application part with a conductive material stuck on the other surface side of the luminescent layer.
