PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical control device which improves a work grade in a processing starting period and a processing finishing period when a work load changes. SOLUTION: A master CPU of the numerical control device controls so as to continuously change a rotating speed and a feed speed of a main spindle head in the processing starting period being a prescribed period from the start of processing in one process of processing a workpiece by a tool. In that case, the processing grade is further enhanced by equalizing a processing moving distance for relatively moving the tool to the workpiece. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
