PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recombinant protein production system by using a host organism capable of efficiently expressing an objective protein having an extreme toxicity against the host, by expressing as a fusion protein obtained by joining the N-terminal of the objective protein with the C-terminal of chaperonin deleted with its C-terminal* (chaperone of approximately 60kDa molecule, heat shock protein of 60 kDa) via a peptide bond. SOLUTION: This method for producing an objective protein is provided by expressing it as a fusion protein obtained by joining the objective protein with chaperonin deleted with its C-terminal via the peptide bond, and by transcribing and interpreting a gene containing a chaperonin gene deleted with 3'-terminal of the gene and an objective protein gene. By the method, it is useful for increasing the amount of the expression of the fusion protein consisting of the objective protein which is difficult to be expressed in a large amount, a recombinant protein which is difficult to be expressed in a soluble fraction and especially the objective protein having the very potent toxicity to the host.
