PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit positional data in a control cycle in a measuring device using a sampling control system which controls a position and a speed at fixed time intervals. SOLUTION: When data detected with an encoder is transmitted and received at a predetermined cycle, the positional data is split and the split positional data is outputted together with deviation data outputted each time, and at the same time split positional data is reconstituted.
