<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a pressure loss is large since a conventional filter packed in a bag, or the like, has a large thickness when the maximum filtration amount is increased. <P>SOLUTION: The subject filter is provided with a cylindrical container 17 having a cylindrical outer surface 21; a cylindrical inner surface 19 provided at the inside with a gap from the outer surface 21; and two end surfaces provided at both ends side of the outer surface 21 and the inner surface 19, respectively and closing the gap of the outer surface 21 and the inner surface 19; and making a space of a ring-like cross section formed by the outer surface 21, the inner surface 19 and both end surfaces 23 to a storage part 25. Granular activated carbon (K) fills the cylindrical container 17 to make an activated carbon filter 13 and a granular catalyst (S) fills five cylindrical containers 17 arranged at a rear side (D direction) of the activated carbon filter 13 to make a catalyst filter 15.
