<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify setting operation of timer reservation more. <P>SOLUTION: In cogeneration 100, a generator 14 is driven by a gas engine 13, generated power is matched with commercial power and is supplied to a power load 58, and waste heat of the gas engine 13 is collected and thermally utilized. The cogeneration is provided with an operation portion for selecting any one of a plurality of operation modes which are set according to power demand or heat utilization demand of the power load 58 and setting start time at which this selected operation mode is started to be executed, and a storage portion 110a storing a plurality of pairs of the selected operation mode and the set start time. When the present time arrives at the start time, an operation mode executed until the start time is changed into an operation mode corresponding to the start time.
