摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deforming method for inserting joint components and its device, wherein the maximum diameter is attained at the same time when stress to be produced during deformation is the minimum value. SOLUTION: The method of assembling the joint components of a constant velocity joint and its device are provided for inserting the first annular or star-shaped joint component having a smaller diameter and a second vertical shaft into the second annular joint component having a larger diameter and a first vertical shaft. The first joint component having an insertion opening smaller than the smallest radial protruding region of the second joint component in the started state is formed to be oval by the force of at least four groups in the state that the first and second vertical shafts are arranged perpendicular to each other for inserting the second joint component therein.
