PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionizing radiation curable resin composition used as a protection film for the surface of a display, etc., particularly, a resin composition, a hard coat film, etc., which is especially excellent in optical characteristics and surface protection, and has a good sliding property in its reverse surface and excellent aptitude for post processing. SOLUTION: This ionizing radiation curable resin composition comprises a polysiloxane compound, a curable binder having≥2 reactive functional groups and <10,000 molecular weight, and inorganic fine particles covered by an organic component on at least a part of its surface and having the reactive functional groups, introduced by the organic component, on its surface.
