PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruding device which can increase extruding amount and make extrusion easy and also shows high kneading and melting ability even in a plastic material containing a large amount of water or a volatile component and in a plastic material of low apparent density. SOLUTION: A plasticizing cylinder 7 is equipped with a conical hole 8 having a two-step tapering shape to the end composed of a conical hole 8a having a gentle angle and a conical hole 8b having an acute angle gradually toward a front wall in which an outlet 9b is provided, and an outlet 9c which is equipped with a supplying inlet 9a for supplying a plastic material and a screen not passing through a melted plastic. A disk 4 is equipped with a conical part 5 having a two-step tapering shape to the end composed of a conical part 5a having a gentle angle and a conical part 5b having an acute angle, and a plurality of wings 5c spreading radially toward the conical part 5 having a two-step tapering shape to the end, and the outer circumference part of each wing 5c moves ahead than the center part of an axis thereof relative to the rotation direction of the disk 4, and the height of the wing become increasing gradually toward the outer circumference.
