PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil cleansing agent causing no dripping, excellent in usability, having good washout property in washing with water, and excellent in refreshing feeling and film feelingless property after washing. SOLUTION: The oil cleansing agent comprises (A) a fructo-oligosaccharide fatty acid ester having≥10 but≤60 sugar average polymerization degree and≥2.2 fatty acid esterification degree per one monosaccharide unit, (B) a liquid oil, and (C) a surfactant liquid or paste state at room temperature, and having a 7-17 HLB value, wherein 0.1-20.0 mass% component (A), 60.0-94.9 mass% component (B) and 5.0-30.0 mass% component (C) are preferably compounded.
