<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control behavior of non-player characters according to a power distribution of a game space. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of sample points are set in the game space, minimum reach times to respective sample points are found for every fighting teams, and superiority in the sample points is found based on their difference. The behavior of a non-player character NPC keeping a ball B is, for example, when he/she passes it, a behavior evaluation point of each behavior is calculated based on the superiority of the sample point in a pass destination.
