PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal with which a driver can be effectively prevented from falling into a doze while driving. SOLUTION: While a mobile telephone set 1 is in a drive mode, a CPU 10 starts a first time measuring timer 20. After the lapse of a predetermined time (n) in the first time measuring timer 20, the CPU 10 reports it with an alarm 25. When a user under driving performs a voice response and a voice input value to a microphone 16 is equal with or higher than a predetermined value, the CPU 10 acquires a time from reporting to the response by the user. When the time is lower than or equal to a predetermined value N, the CPU 10 starts the first time measuring timer 20 again and when the time is equal to or higher than N, the CPU starts a second time measuring timer 21. When the voice input value is lower than or equal to the predetermined value, the CPU 10 adds "1" to a counter 22 and when the value of a counter 22 is equal to or higher than a fixed number, the CPU 10 uses a radio transmitting/receiving part 11 for reporting to the mobile terminal of user's family.
