PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave absorber for panels at low cost and excellent in strength, that can be permitted to have density gradient therein, and can obtain large absorption irrespective of incidence angle of waves. SOLUTION: The wave absorber for panels consists of a composite molded body comprising an expanded molded body of black lead impregnated with a liquid resin and an expanded molded body of black lead containing a powder resin.
