PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noticing tool for announcement which can be made at low cost and display announcement information concerning the food on a plate. SOLUTION: In a noticing tool 10 for announcement, a display board section 15 is provided on the top section 12 of a skewer 11 which is inserted into various types of food 20 such as curry and rice, dumplings, rice-flour dumplings or the like. The display board 15 is used to display the ingredients of the food 20 and/or explanation about the food. The lower sides 18 of the board section 15 are formed in a rising slope from the skewer 11 to outer sides. The board section 15 is formed of a paper 16 and pasted on the top section 12 of the skewer 11. The board 15 is constituted by folding the paper 16 at a center 16a, and a pair of folded pieces 17, which are folded and overlapped, are used to hold the top section 12 of the skewer 11.
