PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential gearing device equipped with a planetary gearing mechanism whose rigidity of planetary gear 10 is enhanced. SOLUTION: The differential gearing device equipped with the planetary gearing mechanism is configured so that a sun gear 6 is fitted in an internal gear 4 rotatably on a concentrical circle on its inside, and a plurality of planet gears 8 held by the planetary carrier 10 are arranged between the internal gear 4 and the sun gear 6 and meshed with them 4 and 6. The planetary carrier 10 has a ring-shaped base 10a and supporting columns 10b installed on the base 10a in the upright attitude at a certain spacing, and the planet gears 8 are held between the columns 10b. Notches 10c in rounded shape are provided at the outer surfaces of the base part of each column 10b.
