PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing which generates an extremely small amount of dust and which can be used stably over a long period of time even under special environments such as in a clean room. SOLUTION: A coat 5 with a thickness of 5μm or less made of bis-allyl-nadi-imide (BANI) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is formed on at least one of a surface of each track groove 1u, 2u and a surface of a ball 3 in the roller bearing. The coat 5 is uniform and thin and it functions as a solid-state lubricating film which is strong and excellent in abrasion resistance. With such structure, it is possible to reduce the amount of generation of dust from the roller bearing and to improve the lifespan of torque. Accordingly, the anti-friction bearing can be used stably over a long period of time even under special environments such as in a vacuum or in a clean room. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
