METHOD FOR PRODUCING RESIN COMPOSITION WITH LOW ENVIRONMENTAL LOAD, RESIN COMPOSITION PRODUCED BY THE PRODUCTION METHOD AND MOLDING PRODUCT COMPRISING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition of low environmental load comprising a resin mainly including a polylactic acid resin and phyllosilicate; the molded products that are produced by using the composition have not only excellent mechanical properties and high heat resistance but also excellent dispersion of the phyllosilicate with reduced content of coarse grains causing the trouble in appearance. SOLUTION: The resin composition of low environmental load is obtained by melting and kneading a mixture of 100 pts.mass of the resin including more than 50 pts.mass of a polylactic acid and 0.1-20 pts.mass of the phyllosilicate that includes lactides or a low molecular weight polylactic acid having a weight average molecular weight of≤5,000 inserted between the layers whereby the interlayer distance is expanded≥2.6 nm.
