PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet delivery device capable of loading sheets into a delivery sheet loading part in good order and preventing the interference between members to miniaturize the device and to provide an image formation device. SOLUTION: A sheet is delivered into the delivery sheet loading part 16 from a delivery port 34 formed in an image formation device main body 12. A pressing means 66 is provided in the vicinity of the delivery port 34, and the sheet to be delivered is pressed by the pressing means 66 to correct curl of the sheet. When opening the delivery sheet loading part 16, the delivery sheet loading part 16 is abutted on the pressing means 66, but the pressing means 66 slides and retracts. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
