PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility on a side without changing a conventional frame structure of a driver's cab from the viewpoints of strength and design. SOLUTION: This construction machinery is constituted in such a way that an upper part turn body is turnably mounted on a lower part running body, an attachment is mounted at the center in a front part of the upper part turn body so as to turn upward and downward, and the driver's cab is loaded on one side in the front part. At least one window glass in the driver's cab is convex glass, which is provided, in particular, at a door window of the driver's cab or an attachment side window of the driver's cab to improve visibility on a side of the driver's cab.
