SIMULATION METHOD FOR TIRE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate vibration characteristics of a tire with fine accuracy. SOLUTION: This simulation method is for obtaining tire performance from a tire model modeled with the finite number of elements to which deformation computation by a numerical value analysis method can be conducted. The tire model is rolled on a road surface model modeled with the finite number of elements, and the speed of the tire model is increased/decreased based on a predetermined reference speed.
