PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively obtain cut pieces having wide cutting area without impairing an appearance of meat by slicing a raw material at a prescribed inclination. SOLUTION: This fish/meat slantingly cutting device has a cutting blade support unit A for aligning a plurality of cutting blades 131 at respective edges in parallel at a prescribed pitch on the same plane P, and slantingly supporting the respective cutting blades at a prescribed angle to a plane, and a chopping board unit B having a plurality of cutting blade inserting grooves 113 and raw material supporting recessed places 112a for respectively receiving the edges of the respective cutting blades so as to be taken in and out; and is constituted so as to collectively and obliquely cut the raw material on a chopping board in the uniform thickness, in a process of inserting the respective cutting blades into the respective inserting grooves, by bringing at least any one unit near to the other. At least one unit is advanced-retreated to the other. The direction for taking the respective cutting blades in and out of the respective cutting blade inserting grooves, is set in the direction for obliquely crossing with the longitudinal direction of the edges of the respective cutting blades.
