PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve easiness of wearing a shoe and of assisting to wear it on condition that the heel can be fixed, preventing the hip joint dislocation and improving the design. SOLUTION: This shoe is so constituted that notch parts continuing to a wearing opening are formed in an upper in the inside and the outside of the heel, an heel piece provided in the rear side of the inside/outside notch parts is rearward tiltably provided, and lock pieces are frontward extended from the inside/outside of the heel piece respectively and openably/closably fastened to the inside face and the outside face of the upper. The upper is a front side part of the inside/outside notch parts and continuously covers the inside and outside of the foot, the upper face of the instep and the tip of a toe.
