APPARATUS FOR DECANTING EFFLUENT CAPABLE OF MOVING

PURPOSE: To prevent sludge-washout and only decant cleanly treated water under water surface with a decanting apparatus consisting of a decanter and a device for moving the decanter up-and-down, thereby controlling discharge water level of the treated water. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus (1) comprises a decanter (100) consisting of a decanter body part having a discharge weir for decanting treated water (112) and an overflow and a scum baffle spaced apart form the side part of the decanter body part and a device for moving the decanter up-and-down (200) consisting of a treated water discharge part (130) having a corrugated pipe hose (131) for discharging treated water and an air vent (132), a moving device support part (220) fixed on the upper part of a sequencing batch reactor by a support and constituted by a support frame (221) having regular height corresponding to the depth of the reactor, a moving device power part (210) including a feed screw (213) converting rotary motion into linear motion and consisting of a chain belt and a driving motor and a decanter moving part (230) consisting of a moving plate (231) and a guide rail (232) directly connected to the decanter to move the decanter up and down.
