PURPOSE: Provided is a fragrance generating bag for generating the fragrance by filling the bag with the liquid of generating fragrance though a narrow pouring opening and tightly closing the narrow pouring opening by a high-frequency adhesive method. CONSTITUTION: The fragrance generating bag is manufactured by integrally adhering a fabric material(7) to the outer side of an urethane vinyl material(6) to form an urethane fabric material(5); cutting two sheets of the urethane fabric material(5) as a predetermined shape; connectedly arranging the fabric material(7) to be positioned on the outer side and the urethane vinyl material(6) to be faced toward the inter side; sealing up the outer circumference by an ordinary high-frequency adhesion and tightly closing the same by a thermal bonding portion(3). An ordinary fragrant liquid is filled inside a bag portion(2) formed in the thermal bonding portion(3). A check valve side for pouring the fragrant liquid and preventing the poured fragrant liquid from being drawn out is arranged in one side of the thermal bonding portion(3).
