PURPOSE: A method for approving an EC(Electronic Commerce) settlement using a WAP(Wireless Application Protocol)-push service is provided to reduce user's troublesomeness to input a password, inform the user of detail information for transaction particulars, and fasten a process by reducing a procedure for encrypting approval. CONSTITUTION: The user registered to a mobile communication provider orders the service to a service provider(S20). A settlement approval server receives a mobile communication terminal number, personal information, and order details from the mobile communication terminal connected to the service provider server through the network(S22). The settlement server transmits the URL(Uniform Resource Locator) of a settlement particulars/approval page by linking with the mobile communication provider server in real-time(S32). The user confirms the settlement information(S34). The post-payment typed settlement for a service order is finally approved by settlement confirmation(S40).
