PURPOSE: A calorific value control device of a closed gas oven is provided to burn stably by opening and closing the gas supply pipe with a solenoid valve and by controlling gas supplied to the closed burner efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A calorific value control device of a closed gas oven is composed of a combustion fan(80) generating air; a level selection unit selecting the desired calorific value by a user; a temperature detecting unit(90) detecting the surface temperature of a ceramic glass(60); a solenoid valve(70) regulating gas supplied to a burner; and a control unit opening and closing the solenoid valve by comparing the surface temperature of the ceramic glass from the temperature detecting unit with the reference value according to the calorific value selected by the user. The upper part of the gas oven is closed by the ceramic glass, and radiant heat is generated by burning mixed gas.
