<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device with reduced picture deterioration due to loss of fillers. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging device 1 includes, a semiconductor imaging sensor 5 for converting an incident light into an electric signal; an optical filter 4 for transmitting a light with a predetermined wavelength, which is disposed facing to the incidental plane of the semiconductor imaging sensor 5; and a solid substrate 2 for supporting the optical filter 4 with adhesion using a filler containing adhesive 6, wherein the diameter of the filler is equal to the pixel size of the semiconductor imaging sensor 5 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
