<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cod-liver oil obtained by widely using angler liver for further utilization thereof by solving the problem that the angler liver has been used only for cooking such as angler hotpot or vinegar-dressed angler in spite of being rich in nutrient such as DHA, vitamins and collagen, containing useful components effective for Alois Alzheimer disease and life-style related disease, and promoting the development of child's brain. <P>SOLUTION: The cod-liver oil is obtained by extracting liver oil components from angler liver, and encapsulating the extracted components into a soft capsule. The cod-liver oil is made of angler fish oil extracted from the angler lever, and prevents Alois Alzheimer or life-style related disease, and becomes popular in homes for senior citizens as an inexpensive health-facilitating product or in the schools as an inexpensive health food promoting the development of the child's brain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
