<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency treatment tool which easily and surely treats only an objective tissue by concentrating current density to a treatment site. <P>SOLUTION: High-frequency forceps 10 are provided with a pair of forceps members 12 and 13 provided with a pair of forceps surfaces 12a and 13a opposing each other. The pair of forceps surfaces 12a and 13a are produced from metal such as stainless steel and are entirely covered with an insulation film 17 to be insulated electrically. Though the forceps surface 12a is formed to be flat, the forceps surface 13a is formed to be a mountain-shaped surface having an edge part 13b in the length direction of the forceps member 13 of a center part.
