摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize communication at high speed and with high reliability by enhancing reliability of packet synchronization, improving packet loss by an error and erroneous reception and introducing a communication control mechanism in communication between a terminal and an access point in packet communication. <P>SOLUTION: A communication system with high reliability and high efficiency is realized by adopting a high-dimension torus knot code having high-performance random and burst error correction functions by which a decoding operation is possible at high speed in the unit of a bit for a physical layer, surely securing the packet synchronization, correcting the error in a transmission line, and reducing the packet loss by erroneous recognition of packet information. In addition, addition of an authentication function and a control function, etc. becomes possible and enhancement of a communication function is realized by utilizing characteristics of the high-dimensional torus knot code.
