PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and equipment making it possible to manufacture, with excellent shape precision, a lengthy formed article of which the first and second members are integrated in the longitudinal direction and which has a bend/torsion of the axis. SOLUTION: The first member 110 formed to be deformable plastically is supplied continuously to a gripping part 54 disposed in a direction/posture different from the direction of supply/the angle posture of the member, so as to be subjected to bending/twisting of the axis, and the member is passed through an extrusion die 73 disposed corresponding to the position and/or the angle posture of the axis thereof. On the occasion, a resin formed material in a heated and melted state is supplied to the extrusion die 73 and extruded along the bend/torsion of the first member 110 from a second member forming opening 740 of which the shape can be changed according to the disposition of a movable member 734.
