PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display system and a display method simple in constitution, hardly affected by an installation environment, and capable of maintaining high advertising effect. SOLUTION: The display system, in which a moving image is recognized by an observer traveling on a set route as the visual recognition direction of the observer changes, is provided with an image arranging means for composing a plurality of image frames from a specific moving picture and arranging these image frames in a shape of a screen in the traveling direction of the observer, and a visual line discriminating means which is laminated on the observing face of the image arranging means and switches the direction in which one image frame is visually recognized by the observer into that of another image frame.
