摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine powder treatment method which enables the safe recovery of a highly active ultrafine powder without detriment to productivity, to provide a pulverization method, to provide a pulverization system, and to provide a recovery apparatus. SOLUTION: The pulverization system has a structure in which an R-T-B permanent magnet material is pulverized, and the highly active ultrafine powder collected in a bag filter is slowly oxidized and recovered in the recovery apparatus 70. A slow oxidation apparatus 71 of the recovery apparatus 70 is constructed so that the ultrafine powder may be agitated with an agitation screw 86 in a container 80, and oxygen may be fed into the agitated powder. The recovery apparatus 70 is constructed so that, when oxygen is fed into the container 80, a valve 50b and an inlet-side valve 73 may be closed so as to prevent the oxygen from entering the bag filter and the pulverization system.
