PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selection system of room arrangement of a multiple dwelling house which can pick up user's wish finely and can perform the planning of a multiple dwelling house relatively easily without the need for advanced skill. SOLUTION: The selection system of room arrangement of a multiple dwelling house comprises (a) a storing means which stores at least a resident plan in which elements whose positions are fixed, including a window, a front hall door and a pipe space, multiple kinds of plans of kitchen and sanitary space set to include the pipe space, multiple kinds of plans of living rooms having different areas, multiple kinds of plans of rooms other than the living room, and plans of a plurality of storage spaces, (b) a processing means which calls out the plan to perform composition processing, (c) a display means which displays the process of the composition processing, and (d) an inputting means which selects one from among a plurality of the plans stored in the storing means and performs a composition instruction.
