PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information part library capable of taking out an information part on occasion, without requiring to be arrayed not always, a method for taking out the information part from the information part library using a function thereof, a target evaluation system and a target evaluation method. SOLUTION: The information part is able to be cut from an information holding part by a trigger imparted from an outside, in this information part library including one or more of element(s) wherein the one or more of information holding part(s) having a carrier coupling part for coupling the information part having specified information and a carrier is coupled on the carrier by the carrier coupling part. A target is taken out together with the information part. The information part is taken out together with the target from the information part library to evaluate the target.
