PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indication plate with a bright white ground for an indication plate for solar watch which is required transmissivity of light. SOLUTION: The indication plate 10A is formed by layering, on a base plate 11, a metal thin film layer 12, a white fluorescence coating layer 13, and a white coating layer 14. The yellow taste of white coating layer 14 mixes with the violet taste emitted by a fluorescence agent of the white fluorescence coating layer13 to show pure white. The emission of the fluorescence agent makes it bright and a bright indication plate with white ground can be obtained.
