PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which efficiently carries out the oxidative degradation of organic substances contained in a waste liquid discharged from general households, food manufacturing industry, and the like. SOLUTION: Ozone gas generated by an ozonizer 4 and the waste liquid drawn from the bottom of a treatment tank 3 are fed to a microbubble generator 1 through a pressurization pump 5.
