PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn a comb to a desired angle and to apply a content liquid to the hair. SOLUTION: A cap with a comb comprises: a cap body 5a on which an erected part 7 having an open hollow part 8 is erected on the top wall 6 of an engaged cylinder 5 to be engaged with the mouth cylinder part 3 of a squeezable container body 2; and a comb tooth body 13 provided with a cover part 15 to be engaged in a turnable way so as to cover the erected part 7. Comb tooth pieces 22 where a discharge hole 23 is provided on an upper end part and further a discharge path 24 communicating with the hollow part 8 is provided are erected on the top plate 14 of the cover part 15. A shaft piece 11 is projectingly provided on the outer side face 7a of the erected part 7, a stopper 12 is projectingly provided radially with the shaft piece 11 as a center, and a displacing means 19 for making the comb tooth pieces 22 tiltable is provided on the side wall 17 of the cover part 15. On the side wall 17 of the cover part 15, a shaft hole 18 to be attached to the shaft piece 11 is provided, and a recessed groove 20 with which the stopper 12 is to be engaged is provided.
