PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a tip-up seat mounted on a welfare vehicle as a wheelchair by providing it with functions of the wheelchair, to be easily detachably attached to an automobile, to be raised, to facilitate the operation and to be safely fixed. SOLUTION: This wheelchair is so formed that a pipe frame is attached with a footrest 31, wheels 32, and casters 33 and formed into a leg unit 30, and the leg unit 30 can be attached to a seat unit 10 via a seat attachment frame 20. This wheelchair is provided with a device detachably attached to the automobile and having a fixing function and a tip-up function; and the leg unit 30 is foldably formed.
