PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent product surely preventing lateral leakage of body fluid and appropriately dispersing it in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: This absorbent product 20 having an absorbent body 23 is provided with, at least, a pair of streak grooves 40 near the both side edges in an area where the absorbent body 23 is positioned. An inside high compression line 52 and an outside high compression line 51, which are formed by continuing a plurality of high compression parts 41 along the respective side edges at a predetermined interval apart, are provided along the both side edges of the streak grooves, and low compression parts 42 continuing in the lengthwise direction L are provided therebetween. The respective high compression parts 41 contained in the inside high compression line 52 and the outside high compression line 51 respectively are formed by mutually deviating the lengthwise direction of the streak grooves 40.
