PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a quick heating property, cost reduction and safety. SOLUTION: A heated toilet seat is provided with power feeding parts 3 and 4 having positive temperature characteristics parallelly along the outer peripheral edge and inner peripheral edge of a planar heating element 2 equipped on a toilet seat 1. By the simple constitution, the quick heating property and the cost reduction are realized and abnormal heat generation is eliminated. Also, by the power feeding parts having the positive temperature characteristics, a temperature is prevented from becoming a fixed temperature or higher and an energy saving property is realized as well.
