FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: suggested invention is related to drilling equipment designed for round-trip operations, namely to devices for prevention of emergency situations in case of tackle block lifting. Limiter of tackle block lift comprises switch connected to control system by drum drive and braking device, tracer installed on elements of drum enclosure. Tracer is arranged in the form of rotary lever, support, relative to which one arm of rotary lever is spring-loaded, and stand. There is inductive switch installed in stand. Rotary lever, support and stand are installed on enclosure elements with the possibility of position adjustment along longitudinal axis of drum. Elements of drum enclosure comprise horizontal beam installed above drum arranged with longitudinal groove, in which lever axis is installed, as well as elements of stand and support fixation. One end of rotary lever is located in zone of switch location with of action at it, the other end of rotary lever is equipped with contacting element installed with the possibility of interaction with control turns of rope wound on drum. Contacting element is arranged in the form of fork, on one end of which spherical roller is installed with the possibility of rotation around horizontal axis, and thread is arranged on the other one. Arrangement of tracer in the form of rotary lever installed with switch on enclosure elements made it possible to achieve technical result. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability of limiter operation and provision of operating personnel safety in process of servicing. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
