ORDER-RECEIVING/ORDERING SYSTEM, AND ORDER-RECEIVING/ORDERING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a design order-receiving/ordering management from an e-mail title.

SOLUTION: The order-receiving/ordering system is provided with: a network 1; a user terminal 3 which is connected to the network 1, inputs design decision information, distributes a picture used for the design and places a design order; an order reception/placement manager terminal 5 which is connected to the network 1, receives the design order through an order-receiving/ordering server 2 and manages the order-receiving/ordering of design preparation work based on the design order; and an operator terminal 4 which is connected to the network 1 and prepares the design based on the order of design generation work. An e-mail is issued among the user terminal 3, the order-receiving/ordering manager terminal 5 and the operator terminal 4 through the order-receiving/ordering server 2. At least progress management information and an order number are added to the e-mail title of the issued e-mail.
